The Carroll Education Foundation received an audited opinion from the accounting firm of Rhodes, Osiek, Patyk & Company L.L.P. on the financial statements as of June 30, 2022.  The opinion stated:

In our opinion, the financial statements referred to above present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of Carroll Education Foundation as of June 30, 2022, and the changes in its net assets and its cash flows for the year then ended in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America.

Carroll Education Foundation’s fiscal year begins July 1st through June 30th of the following year and taxes are filed accordingly.

Our next audit period will be over the 2024/2025 fiscal year and is scheduled to begin late summer of 2025.
